Managing connections

Keep track of the casting directors, agents, and collaborators in your network.

Connections are the people in your career — casting directors, agents, directors, and fellow actors. Tracking them turns scattered names into a real network.

Adding a connection

  1. Go to Connections and choose New connection.
  2. Add their name, job titles, and any companies they’re tied to.
  3. Save.

Job titles and companies

A connection can hold more than one job title (someone might be both a casting director and a producer) and be linked to one or more companies. Built-in job titles cover the common roles, and you can add your own.

Linking connections to your work

When you add an audition or booking, you can attach the people involved as connections, each with their role on that project. Over time this builds a history of who you’ve worked with and how often.

Merging duplicates

Ended up with the same person twice? Use merge to combine two connections into one without losing any of the linked auditions or bookings.
