Tracking auditions
Log auditions, record callbacks, and keep your submission history in one place.
Auditions are the heart of The Career Actor. Log each one as it happens so your history builds itself.
Adding an audition
- Go to Auditions and choose New audition.
- Fill in the project details — name, type, and the dates that apply.
- Add the casting director or other people involved as connections.
- Save.
Dates that matter
- Date received / due — when the audition came in and when it’s due.
- Submitted — when you sent your tape or attended.
- Callback — set this when you get the call back.
- Booked — set this when it turns into a job.
Tags and project types
Use tags to group auditions any way you like (by accent, by genre, by team). Use project type for the format — film, commercial, theater, and so on.
From audition to booking
Booked the job? You can start a booking pre-filled from the audition so you don’t re-enter the details — see Tracking bookings.
